
This Lunch & Learn series is designed to develop a clear, practical understanding of how the body communicates.
Through simple, structured sessions, participants will learn to recognize signals of balance and imbalance, understand where sensations originate, and begin building a common language for describing what they feel.
The goal is not to diagnose or fix the body, but to strengthen awareness—so individuals can better trust their instincts, respond earlier to what they experience, and engage with their health in a more informed and grounded way.
